-In-Studio Rehearsal April 29^th 1:00-5:30pm at CAC

-Photo Days Friday May 5^th and Saturday May 6^th at CAC

-Show Week:

May22nd-Victoria Day, some classes may have make-up/additional classes

May 23^rd-25^th Blocking days in the theatre

May 26^th Dress Rehearsal at the Theatre!

4:00pm Call Time for all dancers in 10-month classes

4:30pm Call Time for Short Term dancers

415-4:45 Warm-Up on Stage for dancers in Grade 4 Ballet and up (and all dancers in 11+ not in ballet)

5:00pm Finale Rehearsal-all dancers in 10-month program

 

5:30-7:00pm Act One Dress Rehearsal (all Short-Term students and act 1 students for pick-up)

 

7:15-8:30pm Act Two Dress Rehearsal (Quick change items stay at the theatre).

 

May 27^th Show Day!

 

12pm Show:

11:00am Call Time for all dancers

12:00pm Show Starts

Intermission-dancers in Short Term program can be picked up

2:00-2:30 Dancer Pick up.

We will not know the exact running time of the show until after Dress Rehearsal but we are guessing 2-2.5hours.

 

6pm Show: -4 year olds are not in the evening show.

5:00pm Call time for all Dancers

6:00pm Show Starts

Intermission-dancers in Short Term program can be picked up.

8:00-8:30 dancer pick up.
