Why I love teaching: Introducing the gift of dance, helping dancers reach their fullest potential and watching them fall in love with the art form are among some of my greatest passions in life.

How dance has changed my outlook on life: Dance is the most vulnerable and honest form of art, as well as an amazing therapeutic tool.

Best advice you’ve ever been given or advice you share with students: Breathe and just let go.

Favourite dance video on Youtube or favourite choreographer: Tara-Jean Popowich, I always feel so grounded after completing her classes.

First dance performance piece: Performing original choreography for my family.
